| | We will be flying to Tucson from Indy. During our visit we will relive the history of the Wild West with an exciting tour of Tombstone, complete with Gun Fight at the O.K. Corral and visit to Boot Hill Graveyard. Our local guides will also take us on a “Tucson Highlight Tour”. We will be participating in the 86th Celebration of the Cowboys “La Fiesta De Los Vaqueros” by attending the Tucson Rodeo and Parade. Parade seating will be provided for us to enjoy the worlds longest non-motorized parade with western themed floats, horse drawn buggies, Mexican Folk Dancers, Marching Bands and outfitted riders. Our tickets to the Tucson Rodeo will include a lunch and VIP seating for one of the top 25 professional rodeos in North America. A fascinating tour of Biosphere 2 will take you into a 3 acre closed ecological system which was manned by a scientific team of eight people who were “locked-in” for two years in the early 90’s. We will also tour the Mission open-pit copper mine. Round trip air for Indy to Tucson, Round trip bus transportation from Portland to Indianapolis Airport, 4-nights at the Radisson Suites in Tucson, 7 Meals and baggage handling included. | |
